To make our Crab Sugar Skull design, I deconstructed our version of the Master EOD Badge, combined it with one of my favorite design formats - the Sugar Skull, and fully loaded it with crabs!
We screen print the chest and sleeve logo with white discharge ink on an incredibly soft and relaxed unisex Royal Blue fleece hoodie. Our screen printing process with discharge ink literally bleaches and dyes the image area with white ink. After a wash or two, you won't even be able to feel the design area. The discharge ink only dyes the cotton portion of the hoodie ( this hoodie is cotton/polyester fleece), which gives this hoodie a vintage look.
